Guide Range supports flexible cancellation because outdoor adventures depend on conditions beyond anyone's control. Each guide sets their own policy, displayed clearly before you book.
Policy Types
- Full refund if cancelled 72+ hours before trip start.
- Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before trip.
- 50% refund if cancelled 3–7 days before trip.
- No refund within 72 hours of trip start.
If a Guide Cancels
If a guide cancels for any reason, travelers receive a full refund automatically within 5–7 business days. No questions asked. We take guide reliability seriously and hold every guide on our platform to that standard.
